Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

All TravelDocx and FlyLop deliverables — visa applications, e-visas, flight reservations, hotel bookings, NOC letters, cover letters, travel insurance certificates, consultation reports, and credit top-ups — are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical products. There are no courier charges, customs duties, or import taxes.

2. Where you will receive your documents

· Inside your account on traveldocx.com (Documents / My Applications).
· Inside the FlyLop iOS app under "My Documents".
· As email attachments / secure download links sent to your registered email.

3. Standard delivery times

All timelines are stated in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UAE public holidays).

Flight reservation (dummy ticket)within 30 minutes

Hotel booking confirmationwithin 1 hour

Cover letter / NOC / invitation letterwithin 2–4 hours

Travel insurance certificate (EKTA)within 15 minutes of payment

Visa application preparation1–3 business days

Consultation reportwithin 24 hours of the call

Embassy / VFS / consulate processing times are set by the relevant authority and are outside our control.

4. Customer responsibilities

· Provide a valid, monitored email address at checkout.
· Keep your account credentials safe and check spam/junk folders.
· Notify us within 24 hours if a deliverable has not arrived.

5. Failed or delayed delivery

If a document is not received within the times above, contact support@traveldocx.com or WhatsApp +971 58 196 6892. We will re-send the document free of charge.
