Travel Docx is a service of Flylop FZE LLC, a company in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”).
1. We are not a government
We are a private company, not a government, embassy, consulate or visa centre, and none of them has appointed or endorsed us. Our apps and website are not official government apps or websites. Our consultants work for us or under our direction, and we are responsible for their work on your order. They are not lawyers or licensed immigration advisers. We help only with short-stay tourist and visit visas. Many governments let you apply yourself, paying only their own fees.
2. No visa is guaranteed
We do not sell visas: you pay for our work on your application, not for the government's decision. Only the government of the country being visited decides. It can refuse without giving a reason, change its rules or fees, or take longer, and we cannot influence or speed it up. We do not guarantee a visa, or the dates or entries asked for. A visa does not guarantee boarding or entry: airlines and border officers decide.
“No visa, no fee” means: if your e-visa is not approved, we cancel the remaining amount and never charge it. The deposit is not refunded, including when the visa is refused. The deposit pays for the government visa fee, where there is one, and the work of preparing, checking and sending the application. Documents orders are different: the remaining amount is owed once we deliver, whatever the consulate decides, unless a mistake of ours caused a refusal (Refund & Cancellation Policy, section 5).
Our e-visa timing promise is about our own fee: “free” means only our service fee for that order, which is the remaining amount. Its conditions are in section 6 of our Service Delivery Policy, and our appointment promise is in section 7. Any other time or date we give is a target, not a promise.
Do not book travel you cannot cancel for free until the visa is issued. We are not responsible for travel costs lost because a visa was refused or late, rules changed, or a traveller was refused boarding or entry. What we owe for our own mistakes is in section 5 of our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and its limits in section 12 of our Terms & Conditions.
3. Official sources and guidance
The official source for any visa is the issuing government's website; where we differ from it, that website is right. What we tell you about a government's visa rules, fees and timings is guidance, not a guarantee or legal advice; our own promises are those in our Terms & Conditions and policies.
Lop, our automated assistant, uses an AI provider and sees your account, your orders and your messages to Lop. Its answers are general help and can be wrong: your consultant and your case page have the final word.
Check the passport, the entry and transit rules, and the visa as soon as you can open it. If the visa looks wrong, tell us and do not travel on it.
4. Honest applications
Every detail, document and answer to a government must be true, including whether anyone helped. Before you pay, tell your consultant about any past visa refusal, entry ban, stay longer than allowed or criminal record; a refusal caused by something not disclosed to us is not our mistake. We never make or change a document that must come from someone else. Anything we prepare in the traveller's name is their own statement: check it before it is used. If we reasonably believe anything is false, we may stop work under section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.
5. Reservations and insurance
A flight or hotel reservation we arrange is a genuine reservation in the traveller's name, not a paid ticket or stay. It may be released after a limited time, so book the actual trip once the visa is issued.
An insurance policy in your order is issued in the traveller's name by a licensed insurer named on the certificate. We are not the insurer, do not advise on cover and do not decide claims.
6. People using our name
We take payment only by card with the pay button in our apps or on www.traveldocx.com, or by bank transfer where your consultant agrees (Terms & Conditions, section 8). Nobody from Travel Docx will ask you to pay a person, or by gift card or cryptocurrency, or ask for your full card number, security code, PIN or one-time code, and our bank details never change by message. If anyone does, do not pay, and tell us. We are not responsible for money paid any other way.
7. How this Disclaimer fits
This Disclaimer is part of our Terms & Conditions, which apply if the two ever differ. Nothing here limits any right or responsibility that the law does not let us limit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. The courts of the Emirate of Sharjah decide any dispute. This does not take away any right you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
